Hello Privacy!

We recently added some woven wood shades to our kitchen and bathrooms. Can you say – “Hello Privacy!” It is so nice to take the sheets off the bathroom windows and put up some nice shades from Blindster.

I came across Blindster on Instagram and instantly loved their product. They have a great selection of bamboo shades, which is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a shade that would work in the kitchen and the bathroom AND was easy to clean. As much as a love Roman shades, I was afraid with the huminity in the bathrooms, they might not wear well. I loved these shades because they look like Roman Shades except they are wood!

After discovering Blindster, I then proceeded to order a handful of samples because if you know me you know I’m extremely indecisive. That being said, samples are a must! They arrived within a couple days and I decided to go with the Premium Bamboo Woven Shades Group C, in Napa Valley.

After placing my order, the shades arrived in less than two weeks. They arrived on our Anniversay – I wasn’t sure it was a good idea to tackle hanging these shades on our actual Anniversary – Mainly because depending on how it went, we might not be married the next day. ? Kidding! Hanging these shades could not have been easier! Brett and I both were so pleasantly surprised by just how easy it was!

We love the result! The quality is amazing and they add a classic, tailored look to our windows. The folks at Blindster were so friendly and easy to work with. I can’t believe it took us this long to add shades! When it comes to practical items – We take our time. Throw pillows (and other non-practical items) on the other hand, that’s something we get ASAP! ?

Blindster provided product in exchange for this blog post – However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thanks for stopping by, friends!

    Hi Jamie-

What color binding did you use on the edging – fawn? Did you do the 2inch?
